When you contact us: we use your name, business contact details and information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries when you represent a business. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Without contact details we may be unable to reply.

Retention: correspondence is kept while needed to handle the enquiry or business relationship, and afterwards only where required to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend claims.

Hosting and email: IONOS provides the hosting and mailbox services. Incoming email is also forwarded to a Google Gmail account, which is used to manage correspondence and send replies. Google therefore also processes the information included in email enquiries under its applicable terms and privacy policy. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; their applicable international-transfer safeguards must be considered when using these services. Hosting involves processing technical access data, including requested pages, access times, browser and device information and IP-related data, to operate and protect the service. This supports our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website. IONOS describes a retention period of up to eight weeks for hosting access logs and provides aggregate web statistics. Recipients: authorised personnel and technical service providers may process data as needed for these purposes. Authorities may receive information where legally required.
